Answers to Common Concerns

Our products have been designed specifically for home use and our system is designed to be accessible to everyone. We have also provided an educational space with tutorials and guides to support you. Our team is available to answer your questions if necessary.

Our products are specially formulated without harmful ingredients. Our lashes are 100% vegan and our glue is acrylate and fume free. However, in case of irritation:

  • Remove eyelash extensions immediately.
  • Rinse your eyes thoroughly with water.
  • Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

Why do I feel discomfort after my application?

Be sure to apply your lashes with a 1-2mm gap from the lash line. Avoid placing the segments on top of each other. Also, try to apply less glue to reduce any discomfort. Check out our application tutorial .

Please note that there are several factors that can affect how long your eyelash extensions last. Here are the main reasons why your lashes might not last 7 days:

  • Water Contact: Frequent exposure to water, such as hot showers or swimming, can weaken the adhesion of the extensions especially during the 24 hours following application.
  • Using oily products: Products containing oils, such as makeup removers or creams, can dissolve the glue and reduce the hold of the lashes.
  • Improper Application: Incorrect application or using inferior products can affect the durability of the extensions.
  • Excessive handling: Touching or rubbing lashes regularly can cause them to detach prematurely.
  • Environmental Conditions: Prolonged exposure to heat, humidity or very dry environments may alter the quality of the glue and extensions.
  • Poor hygiene: Failure to clean lashes properly can result in residue that affects the hold of the extensions.
  • Deviation from recommendations: Failure to follow our recommendations for maintenance and application may reduce the life of your extensions.

Use

For a successful application:

  • Preparation: Make sure your natural lashes are clean and dry.
  • Application: Apply a thin layer of glue to the lash line and wait a few seconds for the glue to become tacky.
  • Positioning: Gently place the lashes on your natural lash line using our tweezers to adjust them.
  • Finishing: Gently press to secure lashes in place, adjust if necessary, then apply sealant to ensure long-lasting hold.

Our adhesive allows for a duration of more than 7 days with optimal hold. Our eyelash extensions are also reusable up to 10 times if you follow our cleaning and maintenance instructions.

We do not recommend applying mascara directly to LashLab lashes as it can affect their quality and adhesion. To intensify the look, we offer a range of lash styles from natural to voluminous. In addition, our kits offer a diverse selection of products to allow you to customize your look according to your needs and desires.

Our glue is specially formulated with a water base without acrylates or fumes, making it ideal for sensitive individuals. It does not contain any harmful ingredients. However, in case of irritation, here are the steps to follow:

Removal and maintenance

Use our gentle and nourishing Remover for instant removal. Make sure the lash line is well soaked in the Remover, wait a few moments, then gently remove the lashes. Then clean your lashes and rinse thoroughly.

We suggest using LashLab Gentle Shampoo and the Duo Brush to optimally cleanse your lashes. Apply Lash Shampoo to damp lashes, starting from the root to the tip. Gently massage with the Duo Brush to stimulate circulation and cleanse deeply. Leave the shampoo on for a few moments for maximum effectiveness, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. It is strongly recommended to cleanse your lashes before and after each application.
Yes, LashLab Gentle Shampoo can be used while wearing extensions as well as for cleansing before application and after removal. Pat dry (do not rub).
If a segment of lash comes off during cleaning, simply reapply LashBond adhesive and replace it after cleaning is complete.
Yes, our lashes are reusable up to 10 times with proper care.
In order to optimize the lifespan of your eyelash extensions, it is essential to follow these steps, after removing the eyelash extensions, follow these steps:

  • Soak a cotton swab in the Remover and apply it to each segment to remove any glue residue.
  • Use the Duo Brush with the brush side to help remove glue.
  • After removing the glue, apply LashLab Gentle Shampoo and leave for 30 seconds.
  • Rinse with lukewarm water.
  • Let the lashes dry.
  • Put them back in the box or reuse them directly for a new application.

Returns & Refunds

Withdrawal period and procedure

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired possession of the first item. During this period, you may cancel the contract without providing any reason.

Package in shipping: You can refuse delivery at the door or online via the carrier. The package will be returned free of charge.

Package accepted: You can request a return via our returns portal.

However, for hygiene and safety reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to return or cancel opened products.

We cannot take back these items or refund the amount paid.

The direct costs of returning the item are your responsibility and cannot be covered by us. If a delivered item is defective or if you have received an incorrect item, you have the option of returning it free of charge.
